摘要
HPLC法具有准确度高、可靠的优点,但存在检测成本高、费时的缺点。胶体金法可在短时间内完成样品的半定量,判定出样品的阴阳性。对阳性样品可采用HPLC法进一步定量。胶体金法结合HPLC法检测黄曲霉毒素B_1具有简单、经济、快速、稳定可靠的优点。适合植物油厂对油料收购中黄曲霉毒素B_1实际控制。
HPLC method had the advantages of high accuracy and reliability,but the disadvantages of high cost and time consuming. Semi–quantitative of samples could be finished in a short time by colloidal gold method,and the negative or positive samples were identified HPLC could be used for further quantitative of positive samples. Colloidal gold method combined with HPLC method to detect AFB1 was simple,economic,quick,stable and reliable,which was suitable for vegetable oil plant to actually control aflatoxin B1 in oil seeds purchase.
