摘要
针对传统光功率计存在的一些问题,介绍了一种基于电加热原理的量热型光功率计。简要介绍了电加热式量热型光功率计的优点,着重描述了光功率计的结构和工作原理。测试了光功率计对850nm、1310nm、1490nm和1550nm这4个波长光源的光功率测量准确度和稳定性。
In order to resolve the problem of traditional optical power meter, the paper introduces a heat exchanger optical power meter based on electric heating. It introduces the advantages of the electric heating type optical power meter, describes the structure and working principle of the optical power meter. The paper respectively tests the optical power measurement accuracy and stability of the optical power meter for light sources in 850nm, 1310nm, 1490nm and 1550nm.
