工程公司企业信息化建设的规划

Planning for Engineering Company's Informatization Construction

针对工程公司企业信息化建设的规划,研究了信息化建设的目标、范围、原则、技术路线、业态与IT融合五个方面顶层设计的内在逻辑和规划方法。根据长期主持规划本企业的信息化建设工作实践,总结了人力资源、知识资产、软件资产、硬件资产、数据资产等工程公司核心资产的信息化管理经验,提出了一种具有行业特色的企业信息化建设规划的方法论。

With regard to the planning method of engineering company's information construction,the internal logic and planning methods for the objectives,scope,principles,technique routes and format of information construction are studied in this paper.According to the long-term working practice of informatization construction in the company,the experiences for informatization management of core asset of engineering company,such as human resources,knowledge asset,software asset,hardware asset and data asset are summarized to form planning method of enterprise information construction of engineering company with industrial features.
