黄芪中锌、铁、铜元素形态分析 被引量:6

摘要 采用中药煎煮法对黄芪中锌、铁、铜元素的不同化学形态进行提取.通过火焰原子吸收光谱法对各种形态中各元素含量进行考察.结果表明,黄芪中3种元素的溶出率顺序铜〉锌〉铁;3种元素的总提取率介于45.0%~69.0%;残留率介于28.0%~54.0%;浸流比介于85.0%~240.0%;悬浮态颗粒吸附率介于8.0%~21.0%;可溶有机态与无机态比值介于8.0%~63.0%;残渣有机态与无机态比值介于15.0%~34.0%. The trace elements Zn,Fe and Cu in Radix Astragali were extracted by traditional decoction. The elements in various state were detected by flame atomic adsorption spectrometry. The results showed that the soluble rates of there trace elements ranked as the following: copper zinc iron. The extractive rates were in the range of 45. 0% ~ 69. 0%. Residual rates were in the range of 28. 0% ~ 54. 0%. Immerse- residue ratio were in the range of 85. 0% ~ 240. 0%. Adsorption ratio of suspension state were in the range of 8. 0% ~ 21.0%. The ratio of organic state to inorganic state in water- soluble state were in the range of 8. 0% ~ 63. 0%.The ratio of organic state to inorganic state in residue were in the range of 15. 0% ~ 34. 0%.
