摘要
特种链条抽油机采用金属与聚氨酯复合材料链轮,替代普通链条抽油机机油润滑的金属链轮,解决了链条式抽油机在油田风砂大场合下,机油润滑的链轮润滑油粘结沙粒,使链条磨损严重问题,是特种链条抽油机的创新之举.但在设备实际运行中,出现了聚氨酯齿面的断裂现象,本文对此现象进行了全面分析研究,提出改进意见,解决产品出现的问题.
Special chain pumping use metal and polyurethane composite material sprocket,instead of metal chain lubricated by engine oil of common chain pumping,which solves the serious problem of chain abrasion that results from sprocket by engine oil lubricated bonding sand when the sand of oil field is large,which is the innovation of special chain pumping. But when the equipment is running,there is fracture phenomenon of polyurethane tooth surface. The paper totally analyzes the phenomenon,proposes improvements and solves the problem of the product.
