摘要
为优化煤矿安全管理体系,有效控制员工的不安全行为,预防并减少事故的发生,采用问卷调查的方法,对煤矿组织安全管理(安全价值观、安全沟通和安全保障)与煤矿员工安全绩效(安全态度和安全参与)之间的关系进行探讨研究。此次研究抽取有效样本127份,研究结果表明:相较于组织安全价值观,安全沟通和安全保障能更有效预测员工的安全态度和安全参与行为,相较于与员工安全态度的关系,安全沟通和安全保障与员工参与行为相关更强。员工的安全态度与其参与行为相关显著。
In order to optimize China' s coal mines safety system, control unsafe acts of employees efficiently, prevent and reduce incidents and accidents, we discussed and explored the relationship between the safety management in an organization(safety values, safety communication and safety guarantee) and safety performance of employees(safety attitude and safety involvement). 127 effective samples are obtained in this investigation, the results showed that :compared to safety values in an organization, safety communication and safety guarantee can forecast safety attitude and safety involvement of employees more efficiently. Employees involvement, however, has a stronger correlation with safety communication and safety guarantee than safety attitude. Employees involvement correlated significantly with their safety attitude.
