煤炭院校绿色人才培养的理论思考与探索实践

作为生态文明建设的重要领域,煤炭是经济社会发展的物质基础和能源来源,承担了社会主义现代化建设的重要职责。与此同时,煤炭行业在矿产开采、选矿、冶炼及运输等环节难以避免地带来不同程度的污染,其自身节能减排的任务十分迫切。作为煤炭院校,理应在高等教育变革和煤炭行业人才培养中发挥积极作用,努力培养具有生态文明素养、掌握绿色矿山建设知识、具备绿色矿山建设技能、能参与绿色矿山建设的专门人才,为国家现代化建设特别是煤炭行业生态文明建设提供有力的人才支撑。

As an important area of the construction of ecological civilization, coal is the material basis and energy source of the economic social development, and has taken the important responsibility of the construction of socialist modernization. At the same time, the coal industry in the mining, mineral processing, smelting and transportation and other aspects have difficulty to avoid the area to varying degrees of pollution,its own energy-saving emission reduction task is very urgent. As a coal college,it should play an active role in higher education reform and talent training in the coal industry, and strive to cultivate the ecological civilization,to grasp the knowledge of green mining, green mining construction skills,to participate in the construction of green mining professionals, to provide a strong support for the country＇ s modernization,especially the construction of ecological civilization in the coal industry.
