摘要 为研究植物染料黄芩的主要化学成分和防紫外线性能,采用紫外-可见分光光度计测试了黄芩提取液的紫外光光谱,利用高效液相色谱法表征提取物的主要化学成分,并测试其染色棉织物的防紫外线性能。研究结果表明:黄芩提取液在紫外光区有较强的吸收能力;其提取物主要成分为汉黄芩苷、汉黄芩素、黄芩苷和黄芩素,含有能够吸收紫外线的化学基团,属于紫外线吸收剂;染色织物具有优良的紫外线防护效果,直接染色织物紫外线防护系数为82,紫外线透过率为1.33%,达到国标规定要求,可称为防紫外线纺织品。 In order to study the main chemical compositions and the ultraviolet resistance of vegetable dyes extracted from Scutellaria baicalensis,the ultraviolet absorption spectra of Scutellaria baicalensis solution were tested by a spectrophotometer. The main chemical compositions of Scutellaria baicalensis were characterized by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) and the ultraviolet resistance of the cotton fabric dyed by the Scutellaria baicalensis solution also were tested. The results show that the absorption of the vegetable dyes extracted from Scutellaria baicalensis in the ultraviolet region is high.The main chemical compositions of vegetable dyes extracted from Scutellaria baicalensis are baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein and wogonin. The vegetable dyes contain chemical groups that can absorb ultraviolet. So the vegetable dyes belongs to the ultraviolet absorbent. The ultraviolet resistance of the cotton fabric dyed by the Scutellaria baicalensis dye solution is good. The ultraviolet protection factor value is 82 and the UV( A) transmitance value is 1. 33%. The ultraviolet protection factor and UV( A)transmitance values meet the National Standard,so the cotton fabric can be called UV-resistant textile.
