Review and Prospect on Accounting Owner-Occupied Housing in the CPI

在消费者价格指数(CPI)编制中自有住房的计入方法有多种,但尚未形成国际通用的处理方法。本文对现有的自有住房计入方法进行综述,详尽评述这些方法的发展脉络及适用性。随后,本文回顾我国的相关研究,指出我国CPI中计入自有住房研究中存在的问题,并结合当前大数据时代特征,对自有住房计入CPI进行研究展望。

There are many methods treating owner-occupied housing in the Consumer Price Index （ CPI）, but it has not formed the international common method. This paper reviews the methods of accounting owner-occupied housing in the CPI and development and applicability of these methods in detail. Subsequently, this paper reviews the relevant research in China and points out the problems existing in relevant research. Combined with the characteristics of the current big data era, this paper prospects research on owner-occupied housing in the CPI.
