GP73在慢性乙型肝炎、肝硬化、原发性肝癌血清及组织中的表达

The Expression of GP73 in Serum and Tissues of Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B,Liver Cirrhosis and Primary Liver Cancer

目的探讨在慢性乙型肝炎、乙肝病毒相关性肝硬化、原发性肝癌血清及组织中高尔基体蛋白73(G P73)的表达.方法 (1)通过应用双抗体夹心ELISA方法测定慢性乙型肝炎、乙肝病毒相关性肝硬化、原发性肝癌患者及正常对照组血清及组织中GP73的水平;(2)通过免疫组织化学染色SP法检测慢性乙型肝炎、乙肝病毒相关性肝硬、原发性肝癌患者、正常人的上述4组人群肝组织中GP73的表达水平.结果发现4组中血清、组织中GP73的浓度表达强弱与性别年龄无关;在慢性乙型肝炎、乙肝病毒相关性肝硬化肝癌中表达逐渐增高,GP73与慢性肝病的进展有关,慢性乙型肝炎感染相关肝病者,血清、组织中GP73的浓度与AFP、HBV-DNA有一定相关性,并且与ALP相关性较高.结论 GP73在肝癌患者呈现高表达,有助于推测肝脏良、恶性疾病的鉴别,可能成为一种有潜在价值的肝癌标志物.

Objective To study the expression of GP73 in the serum and tissue of patients with chronic hepatitis B, liver cirrhosis and primary liver cancer. Me thods（1） Double- antibody sandwich ELISA was used to test the level of GP 73 in serum and tissue of of patients with chronic hepatitis B, liver cirrhosis and primary liver cancer and normal control group. 2. Immunohistochemical SP methods were used to test the level of GP 73 in serum and tissue of of patients with chronic hepatitis B, liver cirrhosis and primary liver cancer and normal control group.Re s ults The expression of GP73 in the serum and tissue was irrelevant to sex and age. The expression levels of GP73 were increasing gradually in the patients with chronic hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis. GP73 was relevant to the progression of Chronic hepatitis B. The concentration of GP73 in the serum and tissue of the patients with chronic hepatitis B was relevant to AFP, HBV- DNA, and had a significant correlation with ALP.Conclus ion The expression of GP73 seems closely related to the occurrence and progression of hepatocarcinoma, which will be useful in the diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of hepatocarcinoma and in the conjecture of hepatic neoplasm and identification of Malignant Diseases,and will be a valuable marker of hepatocarcinoma.
