摘要
分析无核密度仪(PQI)用于沥青混合料密度检测时的影响因素。影响因素包括:集料种类,级配,碾压遍数,水,沥青混合料温度,检测深度。检测结果表明:集料种类及水对PQI检测值有显著影响;级配变化及碾压遍数变化对PQI检测值有影响;沥青混合料温度和检测深度对PQI检测值无显著影响。基于检测结果,给出PQI用于沥青路面施工中压实度快速检测的建议。
This paper analyzes the influence factors for use of PQI to test the density of asphalt mixture.The influence factors include type of aggregate,grading,number of rolling compaction,water,temperature of asphalt mixture and testing depth. The results of test show that the type of aggregate and water exhibit outstanding influences on the tested values of PQI; the changes in grading and number of rolling compaction have influences on the tested values of PQI; and the temperature of asphalt mixture and testing depth show no remarkable influences on the tested values of PQI. Based on the results of test,the paper presents the recommendations on use of PQI for quick test of the degree of compaction during construction of asphalt pavement.
