摘要
对高速公路机电养护定额幅度差影响因素进行分析,根据影响幅度差的各指标分析确定各指标下的影响因素,提出包括目标、指标、影响因素的3层幅度差层次结构模型,并利用熵权法计算各影响因素权重和利用模糊层次分析法计算各指标权重,从而将测算数据与专家经验进行有效结合。计算得出的机电养护人工、机械幅度差在合理范围内,提出的计算模型能够提高高速公路机电设备养护预算定额水平,达到科学计量机电设备养护人工、材料以及机械实物消耗量的目的。
This paper analyzes influence factors for amplitude difference in the quota of maintenance of electromechanical equipment for expressways,determines influence factors under all indices in accordance with analysis of all indices influencing amplitude difference,proposes a hierarchical structure model of 3-layer amplitude difference including targets,indices and influence factors,and calculates weights of all influence factors by means of the entropy weight method and weights of all factors by means of the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process so as to combine the measured data with expert experiences effectively. The calculated amplitude difference in labor and machinery for electromechanical maintenance is within the reasonable range,and the proposed calculation model can enhance the level of the quota of budget for maintenance of electromechanical equipment for expressways and achieve the purpose of scientifically measuring consumption of labor,materials and physical machinery for maintenance of electromechanical equipment.
