试论网络暴力对青少年的负面影响及应对策略

On the Online Violence's Negative Influence on Teenagers and Countermeasures

在网络暴力不断蔓延的新媒体时代,许多青少年面对舆论,失去应有的判断力和思考力,群体性的匿名狂欢降低了个体的社会责任感和道德约束力,对他人尊严的践踏导致生命意识的缺乏,法律意识淡薄从网上蔓延到现实生活中。为此,需要政府、网络从业人员、传统媒体、学校、家庭及青少年自身共同努力,通过进一步完善法律法规、加强职业道德教育、发挥主体媒介作用、重视媒介素养教育、发挥家庭引导作用等举措,避免网络暴力的负面影响。

In the era with online violence spreading continuously, many teenagers have, facing public opinions, lost necessary competence to judge and think about various problems. As the result, group-conducted carnival with false names has reduced individuals＇ sense of social responsibility and moral restriction, the invasion on others＇ respect has caused the lack of consciousness on life. Therefore, the poor consciousness on law has spread from online world into practical life. Aiming at the problems, we should conduct common efforts among governments, online workers, traditional mass media, schools, families, and teenagers themselves, so as to avoid online violence＇s negative influence through the following aspects such as further perfecting law and regulations, strengthening education on professional morality,focusing on quality education of mass media, and making families exploiting their role of guidance, etc.
