高校共青团思想引领研究的理论逻辑与方法论思考

Considerations on the Theoretical Logic and Methodology for the Research on Ideological Guidance Conducted by the Chinese Communist Youth League in Universities

思想引领是高校共青团的基本组织职能,是在党的领导下,以群众化的方式和手段,对高校团员青年进行思想改造和理论武装,坚定高校团员青年对中国特色社会主义的道路自信、理论自信、制度自信。创新高校共青团思想引领实践,必须树立问题意识、理论意识和学科意识,加强高校共青团思想引领理论与实践研究。要重点研究高校共青团思想引领的本体论问题、结构问题、机制问题和路径优化问题,在理论与实践的互动中深化对高校共青团思想引领理论体系和实践体系的理解,开辟高校共青团思想引领理论研究的广阔空间。

Ideological guidance is the basic function of the Chinese Communist Youth League（the C.C.Y.L.） organizations in universities,which is, led by the Chinese Communist Party, conducted through mass modes and approaches to realize ideological cultivation and theoretical education on league members in universities, making them establish self-belief in routine, theory and system on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. To make innovations in the practice of ideological guidance conducted by the C.C.Y.L. in universities, we must setup problem consciousness, theory consciousness, and subject consciousness and strengthen research on both theory and practice in the field. When conducting ideological guidance conducted by the C.C.Y.L. in universities, we must focus on problems such as ontology,structure, mechanism, and optimization of approach. Furthermore, we should make further understanding on theoretical and practical systems of ideological guidance conducted by the C.C.Y.L. in universities through the interaction of theory and practice, so as to develop wider space for the theoretical research of ideological guidance conducted by the C.C.Y.L. in universities.
