Research on the Problem of Legal Cultural Value with the View of Completely Implementing Ruling Country with Law

全面推进依法治国是"四个全面"战略的重要组成部分,法治文化价值观对于全面推进依法治国有重大的方向与行为导向作用,为全面推进依法治国提供了强大的观念动力。从坚持党的领导、社会主义以人为本的理念、集体主义价值观和社会公平正义等方面加强对法治文化价值观的建构,对于培养公民法治文化、践行法治行为有重大理论和现实意义,有利于全面推进依法治国和实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。

Completely implementing ruling country with law is an important part of our ＂Four Complete Strategies＂. Legal cultural value works as the guidance for us to completely implement ruling country with law, and provides strong conceptual motivation for the course. We should strengthen the construction of the value through the following aspects including the leadership of the Party, Socialist concept of＂human-orientation＂, Collectivist Value, and social fairness and justice, which is of great theoretical and practical significance in developing citizen＇s legal culture and practicing legal ruling behaviors, and is helpful for us to completely implement ruling country with law and realize the Chinese Dream of great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.
