大丽花扦插繁殖技术

Cutting Propagation Technique of Dahlia pinnata Cav.

笔者介绍了大丽花嫩枝扦插繁殖的方法,并设计了4种规格插穗长度的嫩枝扦插对比试验,结果表明,插穗长度为8 cm^10 cm时,扦插成活率最高,为90%;插穗长度为5 cm以下时,扦插成活率最低,为15%;平均成活率为56.3%,能够满足生产要求。大丽花用扦插方法进行繁殖,速度快,繁殖系数高。

Green cutting propagation tests of Dahlia pinnata Cav. was made in Urumqi through four cutting slips length specification comparison test. The results showed that the highest cutting survival rate was 90% in Green cutting length of8 ~ 10 cm,and minimum cutting survival rate was 15% in cutting slips length of 5 cm,the average survival rate was56. 3%,which could meet the production requirements. Dahlia pinnata Cav. with methods of cutting breeding has fast speed,high propagation coefficient.
