摘要
为了解决硫铝酸盐水泥混凝土凝结硬化快、施工时间受限的缺点,文中采用硅酸盐水泥取代部分硫铝酸盐水泥配制快硬混凝土,对水胶比、砂率等配合比参数进行优化,并成功进行了工程应用。结果表明,混凝土施工浇筑时间延长至2h,3h强度高于30MPa,满足延长浇筑时间和缩短工期的双重要求。
To solve the shortcomings of sulphoaluminate cement,such as fast solidifying and limited construction time,the fast hardening concrete is partially replaced by Portland cement,and the mixture parameters of water cement ratio,sand ratio are optimized and applied in engineering successfully.Results show that the pouring time is prolonged to 2hours or 3hours,compressive strength is higher than 30 Mpa,which meets double requirements of longer operate time and shorter erection time.
