摘要
以南京纬三路超大直径泥水盾构为例,介绍了江底高压水环境下液氮冷冻法更换盾尾刷的施工工艺,阐述了围岩冻结设计方法及液氮冻结设备,并对液氮冷冻温度进行了监测,为工程施工提供了依据。
Taking the super-large-diameter slurry shield of Weisan Road in Nanjing City as the example,the paper introduces the construction craft for the liquid nitrogen freezing method to replace construction of shield tail brush under the high-pressure water environment,illustrates the surrounding rock freezing design methods and liquid freezing equipment,and supervises the liquid nitrogen freezing temperature,so as to provide some reference for the engineering construction.
