摘要
根据上海市金山区的地理气候条件,分析了金山区防汛工作中存在的主要问题,并提出了精细化管理理念,从防汛责任制、抢险队伍、防汛演练、汛期值守等方面,介绍了精细化管理的措施,取得了显著的管理效果,实现了安全度汛的工作目标。
According to the geographic climate conditions of Jinshan District of Shanghai City, the paper analyzes the main problems in the flood prevention of the district, points out the refined ideas, and introduces the measures for the management from the floor prevention responsibility system, rescuing teams, floor prevention drilling, and duties during floor periods, so as to achieve the evident management effect and realize the aims of the safe floor periods.
