简要概述了BIM技术的特点,分析了现阶段我国工程造价管理中存在的问题,并从工程决策、设计、招投标、施工、竣工等方面,深入剖析了BIM技术在工程造价各个环节中的应用,有利于提升工程造价的管理水平。
The paper briefly introduces the BIM technique features,analyzes current domestic engineering cost management problems,and analyzes the application of BIM technique in engineering cost from aspects of engineering decision,design,bidding,construction and completion,which will be good for improving engineering cost management level.
