摘要
从设计方、施工方、建设方等方面,分析了工程设计变更产生的原因,论述了加强设计变更管理的重要性,探讨了避免不必要设计变更以及管理必要设计变更的对策,以更好的控制投资并防止施工索赔。
From the designers,construction party,construction unit and other aspects,this paper analyzed the causes of engineering design changes,discussed the importance to strengthen the management of design change,discussed the countermeasure to avoid unnecessary design change and design management necessary change,to better control the investment and prevent the construction claim.
