城中村违法犯罪影响社会稳定风险源研究

Study on Risk Sources of Criminal Offence in Villages within the City Affecting Social Stability

城中村是城市扩张过程中形成的安全薄弱区域,治安管理难度大、违法犯罪问题突出。为了创造良好的社会环境,对城中村违法犯罪影响社会稳定风险源研究是必要的。为此,笔者以太原市城中村为蓝本,调查违法犯罪的基本情况,探究风险源,为公安机关从源头治理,加强公安基层基础精细化管理,提高社会治安治理水平,进行基础性研究。

Villages within the city are weak areas in security during the course of city expansion. It is difficult to manage and criminal offence is prominent. In order to create good social environment,it is necessary to study the risk sources of criminal offence in villages within the city affecting social stability. So the author took the villages within the city of Taiyuan as objects,inquired the basic situation of criminal offence,explored risk resources and did fundamental study for public security organs to control from the source,strengthen fine-grained management of grass-roots of public security and improve social security management level.
