基于校局合作机制的交通管理专业实践教学模式研究

Research on Practical Teaching Model for Major of Traffic Management Based on Cooperation Mechanism between School and Public Security Bureau

公安道路交通管理工作具有很强的实践性与规范性,为实现交通管理专业人才培养目标与公安道路交通管理工作岗位需求无缝对接,强化专业课程的实践教学环节必不可少,而建立校局合作机制的实践教学模式是保障和提高实践教学效果的有效措施。针对交通管理专业实践教学的现状问题,需要从课内实践教学、综合实训以及毕业顶岗实习三个方面探讨校局合作机制下的实践教学模式与实施方案。

Road traffic management of police is of strong practicality and standardization. Practical teaching which stresses professional course is indispensable in order to achieving the seamless joint between the aim of cultivating traffic management talents and the need of traffic management work position. The practical teaching model based on cooperation between school and public security bureau is the effective measure to ensure and improve practical teaching effects. Directed at the problems in the practical teaching of traffic management,practical teaching model and application project based on cooperation between school and public security bureau could be discussed from 3 aspects of practical teaching in class,synthesized practical training and internship after graduation.
