福建沿海地区准非法移民治理的政府路径选择——基于演化博弈理论的研究视角

Path Selection for Government in the Coastal Areas of Fujian in Taking Measures of Dealing with the Potential Illegal Immigrants ——Based on the Theory of Evolutionary Game

福建沿海地区素有通过非法移民途径移居海外的历史,在此背景下许多青壮年成为准非法移民。运用演化博弈系统分析显示,政府部门采取积极措施与非法移民输入国联合探讨非法移民的治理路径、建立跨省跨部门合作机制、大力发展地方经济及完善社会福利制度、从衍生行业入手瓦解非法移民既有行动程序,这将对准非法移民的路径选择产生积极作用,有助于阻断非法移民恶性循环,推动福建沿海地区经济发展。

People in the coastal areas of Fujian province emigrate in illegal ways has a long history. In this premise, many youth here become the potential illegal immigrants. By the theory of evolutionary game, we may find some effective ways to block the vicious cycle of illegal immigrants, and promote the economic development of the coastal areas of Fujian.
