协同创新机制下高校创新人才培养对策研究

Research on Methods of Creative Talent Development Based on Collaborative Innovation

创新人才的培养是协同创新活动能够得以健康发展的基础,它也是开展协同创新活动的一项重要内容。在借鉴发达国家典型高校在创新人才培养经验的基础上,分析现阶段我国高校在创新人才培养方面的不足,结合电子科技大学太赫兹协同创新体的案例,提出在协同创新机制下的高校创新人才培养的新措施,为我国高校协同创新活动的健康开展提供支持。

Creative talent development is one of the most important part of collaborative innovation. It is also the basis of healthy development of collaborative innovation. In this paper, we analyze the shortcomings of the existing mechanism to develop creative talent, and put up with some effective modes and ways according to our national situation for the universities and colleges to develop creative talent. These methods are proved to be effective by the case of THz science collaborative innovation in UESTC.
