摘要
目的:比较中华苦荬菜与苣荬菜提取物的抗炎保肝作用。方法:用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型,以耳肿胀度为指标,比较中华苦荬菜与苣荬菜的抗炎作用。用四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤模型,以小鼠血清中ALT、AST、MDA含量为指标,比较中华苦荬菜与苣荬菜的保肝作用。结果:中华苦荬菜与苣荬菜均具有良好的抗炎保肝作用,以二者高剂量给药时,苣荬菜抗炎、保肝的作用要优于中华苦荬菜(P<0.05)。结论:中华苦荬菜与苣荬菜提取物均可以有效地抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀,对四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤也有显著的保护作用,说明二者具有良好的保肝、抗炎作用。
Objective:To compare anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective activities between ixeris chinensis and s.brachyotus.. Methods:Anti-inflammatory effect between ixeris chinensis and s.brachyotus.was compared by using ear edema mice model induced by xylene and index of swell degree. The hepatoprotective effect between ixeris chinensis and s.brachyotus.was compared by experimental liver injury mice model induced by CCl_4 and serum ALT,AST,MDA index.Results:Both of ixeris chinensis and s.brachyotus have a good effect on anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective activities and the effect of S.brachyotus is superior to the effcet of ixeris chinensis. in high dose groups. Conclusion:Ixeris chinensis and s.brachyotus can effectively inhibit ear swelling in mice induced by xylene and also have significant protective effect on liver injury in mice induced by CCl_4,which show that they have the good hepatoprotective and anti-inflammatory effect.
