民族高校作为我国少数民族地区民族干部和专业技术人才培养的重要基地,其民族团结教育工作非常重要。随着国际国内形势的不断变化,民族高校民族团结教育工作,应在明确教育主导的责任基础上,把握少数民族大学生的特点,建立多文化包容为特色的育人环境,完善以多部门协调为主的长效机制,确保做好民族高校的民族团结教育工作。

Minority university is an important base for cultivating the cadres of Chinese minority region and specialized technological talents, its education on national unity is quite important. Following unceasing change of international and domestic situations, for the education on national unity in a minority university, on basis of defining the educational responsibilities, the characteristics of a minority undergraduate shall be grasped for building am education environment with inclusive diversified culture, perfecting a long - range mechanism mainly applying the coordination of many departments, so as to assure to strengthen the education on national unity in a minority university.
