摘要
伴随着高等教育改革的深化,完善内部治理结构、由管理模式向治理模式转换成为民办高校实现发展的关键。向治理模式转换是一个旨在改变原有权力配置、重塑行为模式的过程,来自内外部的各种力量交错困阻,无法避免。内部治理模式的构建需要抓住"民办"、"高教"两个特质,依托治理、利益相关者理论,借鉴法人治理结构,以章程建设为途径,以合理设置内外部权力边界、多元共治为着眼点。
With the deepening of the higher education reform,improving the internal governance structure,which aims to transform from the administration model to the governance model,is the key issue for the development of private universities. The transformation is a process to reallocate the power and reconstruct the behavior model,so it's inevitable to encounter various struggling powers from internal and external. The construction of the internal governance model needs to hold the characters of"private"and"higher education",base on governance and stakeholder theory,take example by the corporate governance structure,take the by way of constitution construction,and focus on reasonably setting of the boundary of internal and external powers and multi-governance.
