“情理”兼“治理”范式的高校学生管理伦理构建 被引量:7

摘要 高校学生管理是在师生"情感、伦理、道德"意识的支配下完成的,是管理和伦理有机"耦合"的样态。解决高校学生管理过程中的"伦理问题",不在于反复的道德说教和无情的制度约束,而在于师生"情理"的尊重与认可,即通过情感管理营造大学生管理文化,"润化"学生心灵,美化学生"心境"。但是,在高教后大众化境遇下,高校充满利益纠葛和矛盾冲突,处理这些问题还需要"治理"的理路指引。为此,高校学生管理伦理必须达成"情理"与"治理"的融合,实现"人品"向"人性"的目标转换、"治身"向"治心"的方式转换、"全能"向"专业"的路向转换,凸显科学人文主义的意蕴。 College students' management is completed by the domination under the teachers and students' "emotional、ethical、moral"senses,is management and ethic's organic"coupling"like state. The way to solve the"ethical problems"during the process of college students' management is not repeated moralizing and relentless institutional constraints,but the "emotional and reasonable"respect and recognition between teachers and students,that is create a management culture by emotional management,"moisturizing"students‘hearts and beautify students' "state of mind". However,during the period of post-mass-access higher education,colleges are full of conflicting interests and conflicts,we still need the guidance of"governance"theory to deal with those problems. As a result,college students' management ethics must reach the combine of"emotional"and"governance",achieve the goal conversion from"character"to"human nature",mode conversion from"body-management"to"mind-management",direction conversion from"all-round"to"professional",highlights the implication of scientific humanism.
