摘要
在新媒体背景下,高校学生主体权益的核心要素主要包括主体性意识、新媒体素养与主体性责任。我国高校学生的主体性权益在知情权益、行为权益、选择权益、规划权益上均存在缺失,突出表现为自我教育方式的强烈冲击,意识形态领域的价值混乱,空间与时间的不合理分配,以及自我职业生涯规划的模糊。主体性权益的缺失除了有新媒体内在特质的影响,也有高校教师与学生自身新媒体素养不足等因素,因此要不断完善相关法律法规,建构信息时代高校学生独特人格,帮助学生树立主体性保障意识,不断健全网络新媒体信息的监管机制。
In the new media background,the core elements of college students' interests include body consciousness,a new media literacy and subjectivity responsibility. The subjectivity of college students exists defects on an informed interest in equity,behavior equity,selection equity,the equity of planning,stands out as the strong impact of self-education,the value of the ideological field of confusion,irrational allocation of space and time,as well as fuzzy self-career planning. Missing subjective interests dues to the new media inherent traits influence,and the new media literacy deficiency of university teachers and the students themselves and other factors,it should continue to improve the relevant laws and regulations,construction of university students network,unique personality in the information age to help students establish safeguards awareness continuously and to improve the of new online media information regulatory mechanism.
