摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等多种方法对贵州省贵阳市网球裁判群体的特征进行研究。结果表明贵阳市网球裁判呈现性别比例不均衡、裁判等级相对较低、中年断层现象严重等特征。提出成立网球裁判组织管理机构,提升网球裁判员学习力,采用"走出去"与"请进来"两条腿发展等建议,旨在使贵阳市网球裁判队伍走上规范化道路,为管理部门提供理论参考。
The paper conducts research on group characteristics of tennis referees in Guiyang,Guizhou with methods of literature,questionnaire and interview. Results show such characteristics among tennis referees in Guiyang as sex ratio imbalance,relatively low referee level,and the serious phenomenon of middle- aged referee shortage. The paper puts forward suggestions like establishing a tennis referee organization and management institution,promoting tennis referees' learning ability,and adopting the coordinated development of " going out" and " coming in" with the intention to make tennis referee team in Guiyang take the standardized road and provide theoretical reference for management department.
