摘要
核心力量训练是传统武术训练的主要的训练方法之一,其对核心力量训练方法的研究,对传统武术运动的发展,以及对武术运动员运动能力的提高,具有重要的意义。通过对中北大学抽取的12名武术专项男学生进行核心专项力量训练,对实验前后学生的核心力量情况进行对比分析,可以得出结论:核心力量训练方法是传统武术运动中比较有效的训练方法。
Core strength training is one of the major training methods of traditional martial arts training.Researches on core strength training method, the development of traditional martial arts, as well as the enhancement of martial arts athletes' athletic ability have vital significance. The paper selects 12 martial arts majors of North University of China and carries out training of core strength training method. Comparative analysis of students' core strength before and after experiment can draw the conclusion that in traditional martial arts,core strength training method is a rather effective training method.
