主体性教学模式在高中田径铅球教学中的实验研究

Experimental Study of Subjectivity Teaching Mode in Senior High School Shot Put Teaching

基础教育的本质是培养德、智、体、美全面协调发展并适应社会发展需要的创新型人才,面对我国教育改革的深化发展,体育教育作为高中生德、智、美的基础本应受到越来越多的大学生的喜爱,但现实状况却并不令人感到乐观,尤其是田径铅球运动,近年来受到高中生的关注及参与程度越来越低,不仅直接导致现今高中生体质逐年下降,同时也制约着田径运动的普及与开展。本研究采用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、实验法,以高中田径铅球教学为出发点,通过借鉴主体性教学模式,对高中田径铅球教学进行深入研究,研究结果显示:(1)实验班学生在田径铅球技能的理解上要优于对照班学生;(2)主体性教学模式有利于确立学生在教学过程中的主体地位,能够引导学生积极主动的参与到田径铅球教学中;(3)主体性教学模式作为一种全新的方式能够带动学生更好的学习,且在田径铅球教学中发挥着积极的作用。

The essence of primary education is to cultivate innovation- oriented talents who have all- round coordinated development in morality,intelligence,physical education and aesthetics and who adapt to social development needs. In the face of the deepening development of education reform,physical education,the foundation for high school students＇ moral,intellectual andaesthetic education,should be more and more favored by college students,but the reality is not optimistic. Especially shot put of track and field has been receiving less and less attention and participation from senior high school students in recent years. This not only directly leads to the decline of high school students ＇ physical fitness year by year,but also restricts the popularization and development of track and field sports. Adopting methods of literature,expert- interview,mathematical statistics and experiment and starting from shot put teaching in senior high school,the paper conducts in- depth research on shot put teaching in senior high schoolby referring to subjectivity teaching mode. Research results show that：（ 1） students of experimental classoutdo those of control class in understanding track and field shot put skills;（ 2）subjectivity teaching mode is beneficial to establish the subject status of students in teaching process and can guide students to actively participate in track and field shot put teaching;（ 3） as a new way,subjectivity teaching mode can promote students＇ better learning and plays a positive role in track and field shot put teaching.
