摘要
目的:探讨核心力量训练对大学男生平衡能力的影响,为有效提高大学生平衡能力提供参考。方法:60名健康男生随机分为对照组和实验组,每组30人,实验组进行12周核心力量训练,每周2次,每次30分钟;对照组同时进行常规体育活动。实验前后进行闭眼单脚站立、星形偏移平衡测试及背肌力量测试。结果:经12周核心力量训练,实验组左、右闭眼单脚站立持续时间明显增加(p<0.05),星形偏移平衡测试在8个方向的伸远距离均明显增加(p<0.05),背肌力量显著增加(p<0.05)。结论:12周核心力量训练可明显提高大学男生静态平衡和动态平衡能力。
The paper aims to explore the effect of core strength training on balance ability of male college students to provide reference for effectively improving college students ' balance ability. The paper randomly divides 60 healthy male college students into control group and experimental group with each group has 30 students. The experimental group is given 12- week core strength training with 2 times a week and 30 minutes every time; at the same time,control group conducts regular sports activities. Before and after the experiment,single foot standing with eyes closed,star excursion balance test and back muscle strength test are carried out. Results show that after12 weeks of core strength training,left and right single foot standing duration of experimental group increase significantly( p 〈0. 05); extended distance in 8 directions of star excursion balance test in 8 directions significantly increases( p 〈0. 05); back muscle strength increases significantly( p 〈0. 05). The paper concludes that 12- week core strength training can significantly improve the static and dynamic balance ability of male college students.
