结合一起雷击火灾调查,从规定上分析雷击火灾调查管辖权的问题,结合气象部门的地面观测资料、闪电监测定位资料及雷达回波资料确定起火时间,找到雷击起火依据,最后,提出雷击火灾的预防措施。

Combined with a lightning fire investigation,jurisdic- tion of lightning fire was analyzed based on national and local regulations, time of fire was identified through surface observa- tion data, lighting monitoring and locating data and radar echo information, and then the evidence supporting lightening fire was found, in the end, the preventive measures were proposed.
