摘要
目的:通过检测正畸牙齿移动过程不同时间段内龈沟液中PTX3的水平,分析PTX3在正畸治疗早期过程中的动态变化,并分析其潜在的临床意义。方法:对19例正畸口腔患者分别于正畸治疗前、正畸加力后4小时、12小时、24小时、48小时、7天、14天、1月收集龈沟液,用ELISA试剂盒检测龈沟液内PTX3表达水平。结果:在正畸治疗牙齿移动早期,正畸患者龈沟液中的PTX3的表达水平在正畸加力后上升,在正畸加力后4小时、12小时、24小时、48小时内的表达水平高于正畸治疗前(P<0.05),并于24小时达到峰值,后开始逐渐下降,于正畸治疗后一周恢复正常水平。在早期正畸牙齿移动过程中,PTX3水平与TNF-α、IL-1β均呈正性相关关系(r=0.69,P<0.05;r=0.58,P<0.05);PTX3的表达水平与患者的尖牙移动距离呈现负性相关关系(r=-0.58,P=0.02)。结论:作为机体重要的一类炎症因子,PTX3在正畸牙齿移动早期过程中的龈沟液内表达水平呈现先升高后下降的趋势,龈沟液中PTX3的水平可以有效反映正畸力作用下牙周组织的炎症状况,对其水平的检测将有助于判断正畸治疗效果,防止不良反应发生。
Objective:To detect the expression level of Pentraxin-3(PTX3)in GCF during orthodontic tooth movement,and analyse the dynamic change of expression level and its potential clinical significances in patients.Methods:The GCF of 19 orthodontic patients were collected before treatment and after 4 hours,12 hours,24 hours,48 hours,7days,14 days and 1 month.PTX3 in GCF was detected using ELISA kits.Results:During the early orthodontic tooth movement,the expression level of PTX3 in GCF at 4 hours,12 hours,24 hours,48 hours were significantly higher than that before treatment.The level reached to the peak at 24 hours,and decreased to the normal level within 7days;PTX3 concentration was positively associated with TNF-α、IL-1βlevel(r=0.69,P〈0.05;r=0.58,P〈0.05).The expression level of PTX3 and the moving distance of canine teeth in patients was negatively correlated.Conclusions:During the early orthodontic tooth movement,as a inflammatory factor,the expression levels of PTX3 in GCF are increased at first and decreased subsequently,which could effectively reflect the influence of orthodontic force on periodontal tissue and inflammation condition.The detection of PTX3 would help us to determine the level of orthodontic treatment,and prevent adverse reactions.
