The knowledge-based economy and Internet era have great effect on higher education and physical education. Because of the present disadvantages occurring in higher physical education,we can do nothing but carry out physical education reform, improve understanding, establish the 'Human Centered' education idea, and strengthen the physical teaching management and the management and development for teachers in order to meel the requirements of knowledge-based economy.
