地方高校全程校企合作人才培养模式案析——以鲁东大学为例

On Talent Training Mode of School- enterprise Cooperation in Local Universities Under the New Situation

为适应经济发展对人才培养的需求,许多地方高校已经实行校企合作人才培养模式。但是,在具体实践中存在着校企合作开展困难、合作程度不深等问题,严重影响了人才培养质量。"全程校企合作"人才培养模式,有助于实现校企合作的深度融合。

Under the new normal economic development of our country is facing structural adjustment problems,solving the problems needs to match up with the talent structure. In order to meet the demand for personnel training of economic development,the university personnel training pattern has changed in recent years. Among them,many local colleges and universities have been implemented school- enterprise cooperation in personnel training mode. However,There are still plenty of shortcomings in practice of cooperation.For instance,school- enterprise cooperation difficult,cooperation degree is not deep,etc. These problems impact the talent training quality seriously. ＂ Full process cooperation＂ talent cultivation mode is proposed,to solve the problems in school enterprise cooperation,so as to achieve integration of school- enterprise cooperation in depth.
