Thinking about Learned Periodical Editing Integrative Development under "Internet Plus"

国际学术出版界有关数字出版与传播的论断为:出版物如果不在线(not online),它就不可能存在;如果不互联(not linked),它也不可能存在。因此,期刊编辑必须要有"互联网+"的融合发展思维,这样,期刊才可能持续发展。对于受众少、传播范围窄、发行量小的学术期刊来说,建立"互联网+"融合发展思维更加重要。在学习相关政策的基础上,通过"域出版"、"建立产业发展联盟"等方式,进一步推动学术期刊的融合发展。

The international academic publishing industry＇s thesis on the digital publishing and dissemination is as follows： if the publication is not online,it can not exist; if not linked,it can not exist either. Journal editors must have the thinking of integrative development of ＂ Internet Plus＂,so that journals may continue to develop for the learned periodical with few audience,narrow communication range and small circulation,it is more important to establish the thinking of integrative development of ＂ Internet Plus＂. On the basis of learning related policies,we should further promote the integration development of learned periodical through the way of ＂ domain publishing＂ ＂ establishing the industry development alliance＂ and so on.
