近10年研究生新生心理健康状况变化特点研究——以T大学为例

Changes in postgraduate freshmen's mental health from 2004 to 2013:Take T University as an example

采用中国大学生心理健康量表考察了T大学近10年27 931名研究生新生心理健康状况的变化特点,结果发现:一是近10年来2004级研究生新生心理健康总体水平最低,2006级研究生新生心理健康总体水平最高,并且在近10年研究生新生心理健康总体水平发展趋势上,2008级是重要转折点(主要表现为,2004级之后,研究生新生的心理健康总体水平呈上升趋势;到2007级虽略有下降,但仍低于常模;至2008级则明显下降且高于常模,反弹较大;2008级以后变化趋于平稳)。二是总的来看,近10年来男生的心理健康总体水平优于女生,文史类新生的心理健康总体水平优于理工类,城市新生的心理健康总体水平优于农村新生。三是近10年来研究生新生强迫型人格倾向最严重,精神病倾向和性心理障碍方面的问题相对较少。

A total of 27931 postgraduate freshmen of T University from 2004 to 2013 were tested with Chinese college students mental health scale to explore the mental health status. The results showed that：（1） In resent ten years,2004 session＇s total level of mental health was the lowest,2006 session＇s was the highest,and 2008 session was an important turning point.（2） In resent ten years,boys＇ total level of mental health was better than girls＇,literature and history freshmen＇s was better than science and engineering freshmen＇s,and urban freshmen＇s was better than rural freshmen＇s.（3） In resent ten years,compared with other factors,the factor of obsessive personality tendency of postgraduate freshmen was the worst,and the factors of psychotic tendency and psychosexual disorders were better.
