摘要
受铁路线路走向、平纵断面及站点设置控制,山区铁路工程常无法避免以路基形式穿越岩溶发育区。而覆盖型岩溶路基的整治处理以及长期稳定性直接关系到铁路运营安全。在简述注浆加固机理的基础上,以既有铁路铜九铁路覆盖型岩溶路基注浆整治工程为例,详细介绍方案设计、成孔、浆液配制、注浆压力、注浆终止标准、注浆工艺等关键参数和流程,并对注浆处理效果进行综合评价,提出既有铁路覆盖型岩溶路基应关注的有关问题和建议。
The treatment of covered karst subgrade and long-term stability is directly related to the safety of railway operation in the reinforcement of foundation grouting,Taking the example of the existing railway Tongjiu railway coverage karst roadbed about grouting renovation project,based on brief description of grouting reinforcement mechanism,the paper introduces key parameters and process such as the design scheme,pore-forming,grout mixing,grouting pressure,grouting parameters,grouting termination standard and grouting technology,makes comprehensive evaluation effect of grouting treatment,put s forward the existing problems and suggestions of railway covering karst subgrade should be concerned.
