高校实验室与企业联合培养学生机制的探索

Exploration of the Mechanism of University Laboratory and Corporation Joint Student Training

结合我校实验中心校企共建实验室的创立与建设,对传统实验室存在的问题进行了分析。提出了打造校企双赢、培养学生创新意识和提升教师水平的发展模式。该模式克服了传统实验教学内容陈旧、管理落后等问题,变学生被动接受知识为主动探索学科前沿领域。促使教师改变原来一成不变的教学方法与内容,积极开阔视野,提升自身水平。逐步形成了适应学科发展和实验科学规律的实验教学体系。

In view of the practice of the construction of the university and corporation joint training mechanism and the establishment of the laboratory in NEU,the problems in teaching were discussed in this paper.A new laboratory developing module is proposed,which realized an enhancement both for students and faculties.
