摘要
金属学与热处理、金属材料的热处理、固态相变及机械工程材料等课程均有钢的热处理原理这部分内容。该内容既是机械、化工、动力等工科类专业需要掌握的技术基础知识,又是材料及材料加工类专业学生必须掌握的专业基础知识,而且该内容是后续热处理工艺学习的理论基础。因此针对不同专业的教学需求如何讲好这部分内容尤为重要,本文从教学方法,教学知识体系,教学手段多样化在教学中作了初步尝试。
Theory of heat-treatment of steel is partial content of ‘Metallography and Heat Treatment', ‘Heat Treatment of metal materials', ‘solid-state phase transformation' and ‘material of mechanical engineering'. This content is not only technological basic knowledge of engineering majors such as machinery, chemical industry and motive power but also professional basic knowledge of material and material processing. This content makes a solid foundation for technology of heat treatment. It is important how to teaching aim at different requirement of different major. This paper makes a tentative attempt on teaching method, teaching knowledge system and multiple teaching tools.
