Mental health educators＇ professional development in primary and secondary schools should be based on the combination of five factors,and the factors are leading with＂double guides＂,fully closed group learning,experience-oriented training,giving priority to self psychological growth,adopting a variety of tracking supervision.These factors can improve the internalization of knowledge and skills and enhance these educators＇ psychological quality and euphoria.
