摘要
中小学校心理健康教育工作者的专业成长,应以"双导"带领、全程封闭小组学习、贯彻体验式、自身心理成长为先、多种督导形式跟踪五个要素有机结合,科学、高效地促进学校心理健康教育工作者对专业知识和技能的内化,同时,全面提升学校心理健康教育工作者的心理素质和幸福指数。
Mental health educators' professional development in primary and secondary schools should be based on the combination of five factors,and the factors are leading with"double guides",fully closed group learning,experience-oriented training,giving priority to self psychological growth,adopting a variety of tracking supervision.These factors can improve the internalization of knowledge and skills and enhance these educators' psychological quality and euphoria.
