腹腔镜下胃癌根治术与开放性胃癌根治术的差异分析

Analysis on the Difference of Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy and Open Radical Gastrectomy

目的分析腹腔镜下胃癌根治术与开放性胃癌根治术的差异。方法选择我院2012年1月至2015年1月收治的70例胃癌患者,按照数字随机原则将其分成对照组和实验组各35例。对照组患者采用开放性胃癌根治术治疗,实验组患者则给予腹腔镜下胃癌根治术治疗。对两组患者手术情况和并发症发生情况进行比较分析。结果实验组患者的术中出血量显著少于对照组,手术时间显著长于对照组,术后胃肠功能恢复时间显著短于对照组,术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者清扫淋巴结数目比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对胃癌患者进行治疗时,腹腔镜下胃癌根治术较开放性胃癌根治术具有更加显著的临床效果,并发症发生率更低,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the difference of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy and open radical gastrectomy. Methods 70 patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from January 2012 and January 2015 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open radical gastrectomy, the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy. The conditions of operation and complications in two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The intraoperative bleeding volume in experimental group was significantly less than that in control group, the operation time was significantly longer than that in control group, the recovery time of gastrointestinal function was significantly shorter than that in control group, the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in control group, all the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）; the cleared number of lymph nodes in two groups had no statistical difference （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions In the treatment of gastric cancer patients, laparoscopic radical gastrectomy has more significant clinical effect and lower complication rate than open radical gastrectomy, with clinical application value.
