丙泊酚联合芬太尼不同给药方式在无痛人流中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Different Administration Methods of Propofol Combined with Fentanyl in Painless Abortion

目的探讨丙泊酚联合芬太尼不同给药方式在无痛人流中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月至2015年7月我院门诊220例自愿终止妊娠的早孕妇女作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各110例。对照组采用芬太尼-丙泊酚静脉注射,研究组采用芬太尼-丙泊酚-芬太尼模式依次静脉注射。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间、离院时间及镇痛总有效率。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组丙泊酚用量显著少于对照组,苏醒时间及离院时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组镇痛总有效率为99.1%,显著高于对照组的90.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芬太尼-丙泊酚-芬太尼模式依次静脉注射应用于无痛人流中效果确切,镇痛效果好,安全可靠,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of different administration methods of propofol combined with fentanyl in painless abortion. Methods 220 cases of early pregnant women with voluntary termination of pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to July 2015 were selected as research objects. All patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 110 cases in each group. The control group received intravenous injection of fentanyl-propofol, the study group received intravenous injection of fentanyl-propofol-fentanyl. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, dosage of propofol, awaking time, time of leaving hospital and total effective rate of analgesia were compared between two groups. Results The operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume of two groups had no statistical difference （P 〉0.05）; the dosage of propofol in study group was significantly less than that of control group, the awaking time and time of leaving hospital in study group were significantly shorter than those of control group, the difference was statistical （P〈0.05）; the total effective rate of analgesia in study group was 99.1%, significantly higher than 90.9% of control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The intravenous injection model of fentanyl-propofol-fentanyl in painless abortion has definite effect and good analgesic effect, which is safe and reliable and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
