静脉滴注单硝酸异山梨酯和硝酸甘油治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效对比

Efficacy Comparison of Isosorbide Mononitrate and Nitroglycerin in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris by Intravenous Injection

目的研究静脉滴注单硝酸异山梨酯和硝酸甘油治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年1月至2015年6月间收治的80例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组患者采用静脉注射硝酸甘油进行治疗,观察组患者采取静脉注射单硝酸异山梨酯进行治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率为92.5%,显著高于对照组的72.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后心电图改善方面总有效率为87.5%,显著高于对照组的67.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉注射单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病心绞痛能明显提高疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of isosorbide mononitrate and nitroglycerin in treatment of coronary heart disease （CHD） angina pectoris by intravenous injection. Methods From January 2013 to June 2015, 80 patients with CHD angina pectoris treated in our hospital were selected as research subjects. All patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given the intravenous injection of nitroglycerin for treatment, the observation group was given the intravenous injection of isosorbide mononitrate for treatment. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of efficacy in observation group was 92.5%, significantly higher than 72.5% of control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the improvement of electrocardiogram in observation group was 87.5%, significantly higher than 67.5% of control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Isosorbide mononitrate in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris by intravenous injection can effectively improve the curative effect, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
