大剂量缬沙坦治疗原发性中重度高血压的临床疗效和安全性分析

Analysis on the Clinical Effect and Safety of Large Dose of Valsartan in Treatment of Moderate and Severe Primary Hypertension

目的研究大剂量缬沙坦在中重度高血压患者治疗中的临床应用效果及安全性。方法选取2012年1月至2014年12月在我院进行治疗的300例中重度高血压患者,按入院顺序随机分为实验组和对照组各150例。对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上使用常规剂量缬沙坦进行治疗,实验组使用大剂量缬沙坦进行治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的81.33%(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后平均心率、收缩压、舒张压等生理指标均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用大剂量缬沙坦治疗中重度高血压可明显提高治疗效果,药物不良反应发生情况与使用常规剂量缬沙坦相当。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application effect and safety of large dose of valsartan in treatment of moderate and severe primary hypertension. Methods 300 patients with moderate and severe primary hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the admission sequence, with 150 cases in each group. The control group received conventional dose of valsartan on the basis of routine therapy, the experimental group received large dose ofvalsartan. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 96.00%, significantly higher than 81.33% of control group （P 〈0.05）. The average heart rate, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of two groups had no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Large dose ofvalsartan can significantly improve the treatment effect in treating moderate and severe primary hypertension, and its adverse reactions rate is similar with conventional dose ofvalsartan.
