西安市地铁1号线运营前后集中空调通风系统卫生状况调查 被引量:7

Survey of the hygiene quality of the central air conditioning ventilation system before and after the operation of metro line 1 in Xi'an

摘要 目的了解西安市地铁1号线运营前后集中空调通风系统卫生状况,为卫生管理提供参考依据。方法运营前和运营后对地铁1号线19个站的集中空调通风系统卫生状况进行监测。监测指标包括集中空调通风系统风管内表面积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数;送风口可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌。结果运营前后集中空调通风系统风管内表面真菌总数合格率(96.11%、100.00%)、风管内表面积尘量检测值中位数(0.89 g/m^2、1.27 g/m^2)、风管内表面细菌总数检测值中位数(2 CFU/cm^2、1 CFU/cm^2)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);运营前后集中空调通风系统送风口PM10合格率(97.35%、54.25%),细菌总数合格率(94.05%、99.10%),真菌总数合格率(65.95%、90.09%),送风口PM10检测值中位数(0.097 mg/m^3、0.242 mg/m^3),真菌总数检测值中位数(370 CFU/cm^3、230 CFU/cm^3),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),运营前后均未检出β-溶血性链球菌。结论西安市地铁1号线运营前后集中空调通风系统卫生状况良好,但仍存在一定程度污染,应加强卫生管理并定期清洗。 Objective To understand the hygiene quality of the central air conditioning ventilation system before and after the operation of Metro Line 1 in Xi'an,and provide basis for improving the hygienic quality. Methods The air conditioning ventilation system of 19 subway stations were monitored before and after the operation. Test items included dust,total bacterial count,total fungi count on the internal surface of duct and the PM_(10),total bacterial count,total fungi count,β-hemolytic streptococcus in the supply air.Results Before and after the operation,the qualified rate of the total fungi count on the internal surface of duct was 96. 11% 、100. 00%( P 0. 05),the median of the surface dust and total bacterial count on the internal surface of duct was 0. 89 g / m^2、1. 27g/m^2( P 0. 05) and 2CFU/cm^2、1CFU/cm^2( P 0. 05) respectively. Before and after the operation,the qualified rate of PM10 and total bacterial count and total fungi count in the supply air was 97. 35% 、54. 25%( P 0. 05) and 94. 05% 、99. 10%( P 0. 05) and65. 95% 、90. 09%( P 0. 05) respectively,the median of the PM10 andthe total fungi count in the supply air was 0. 097 mg / m^3、0. 242 mg / m^3( P 0. 05),370CFU/cm^3、230CFU/cm^3( P 0. 05) respectively,no β-hemolytic streptococcus was found.Conclusion The hygiene quality of the air conditioning ventilation system in Metro Line 1 was fine,however,there was still a certain degree of pollution,health management should be stressed.
