摘要
我国高校的创业教育已形成多种教育模式,但针对听障学生如何开展创业教育还未提出具体的创业指导模式。文章基于建构主义理论和实用主义理论,在听障学生中开展创业实践活动指导的研究,形成了基于项目、依托专业、残健融合、制度管理和创办特色小店铺的创业实践指导流程。对指导教师全程参与创业过程、初级阶段参与创业过程和以订单项目为依托开展创业指导的三种听障学生创业指导模式进行分析。
Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China has formed a variety of education mode, but for hearing-impaired students how to carry out the entrepreneurship education has yet to put forward specific career guidance mode. This study based on the theory of constructivism and the theory of pragmatism, in hearing impaired students carry out entrepreneurial practice activities to guide the research,formed based on project and relying on professional, fusion of healthy and disabled, management system, the founder of the characteristic small shop business practice guidance process, to guide teachers participate in the entire process of entrepreneurial process, the initial stage in the entrepreneurial process, to the project in order to analgze three deaf students career guidance mode.
